Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) from our fulfillment centers in China.

Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location.
 

Refund & Exchange

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love for your influencers. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days to submit a claim from the date you received it. Except for misprinted/damaged/defective/undelivered item issues, orders are non-refundable as all of our products are made to order.
